Individual Therapy

You might be here because you feel like things are never going to get better

Do you catch yourself thinking:

  • Why don't other people struggle the way I do?

  • Maybe I just need to exercise more, drink less, eat better, spend less, work harder, be nicer, try harder, etc, etc, etc…

  • I'm worried everyone is talking about me. And it’s all bad.

  • I assume the worst and always find more things to worry about.

  • I’m not strong enough to change the way I am.

  • People are going to find out that I’m really a total fraud.

  • No matter what I do, it’s never enough.

It feels like you can’t keep this up much longer.

It's easy to blame yourself and overthink everything. You know you're far from reaching your potential in life because of a cycle of anxiety and depression that keeps your stuck and spinning your wheels.

Maybe you're always there for everyone else, but who's there for you?

You know your life needs to turn a corner, but when faced with the possibility of change, you’re not sure what to do.

You're more powerful than you know!

Starting therapy could be the first step toward fulfilling a deep desire in your life: making yourself a priority.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re a seasoned pro, I’ll work with you wherever you are – to find healing for all the pain and sadness in your life.

Rediscover your authentic self and find your voice.

How does Individual Therapy work?

We meet once a week for 50 minutes. Individual therapy provides an opportunity for you to have the space to process, explore and grow in a private and emotionally therapeutic setting. Individual therapy allows for the privacy to confront and challenge vulnerabilities to promote healthy change and growth.

Together we outline achievable goals you want to reach through the process of learning coping skills, changing maladaptive thought patterns, creating a healthier self-image, and more.
