Who I help:

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, break-ups, infidelity and divorce.

I also help couples improve communication, rebuild trust and reconnect to form happier, healthier relationships.

I work with clients in the entertainment industry to help them navigate their unique and challenging landscape.

How I help:

I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients so we can explore the challenges they face. I help them harness their own strengths in order to remove obstacles to growth and healing. I work to create a space to help clients examine their past emotional experiences while finding real solutions to empower their future.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients describe me as kind, authentic and safe. They’d tell you I’m non-judgemental and supportive. I’m someone who can journey through hard emotions with you and sit with you during difficult times but can also share a good laugh.

Off the clock:

I enjoy spending time with my family traveling, trying new restaurants and watching films. I love books, yoga, cooking, afternoon naps and crushing the wordle every morning.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy uses a variety of evidence-based modalities in order to support the specific needs of each individual or couple. I take an integrative approach to support individual emotional processing and healing primarily with the attachment-based Emotionally Focused Therapy that strives not only for symptom reduction, but for personal growth, emotional regulation and greater connection with the self and others. I also believe in helping my clients identify real methods that they can quickly implement to solve problems and develop healthy coping skills with modalities like Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. Additionally, my work is always grounded in the humanistic principles of cultural humility and trauma-informed care.
