How Therapy Works

Reach Out
You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation - either via Zoom or on the phone. We’ll talk about what’s going on with you. I’ll answer any questions you may have about therapy. Then you decide if working together feels right for you.

Safe Space
At the start of therapy, we’ll generally meet once a week. Together, we’ll come up with goals for what you would like to accomplish. Then you’ll receive compassionate, thoughtful support as you begin to process your story.
